Selling a home takes effort from both the seller and the buyer to arrive at a fair price. Working together with that as a shared goal is what sets us apart. We don’t expect to get something for nothing.
The process explained:
Step 1: We receive your inquiry.
Once we hear from you, we’ll reach out to introduce ourselves. Our hope is that after getting to know us, you’ll feel comfortable asking questions and sharing information that's important to your goals.
At this step, we’ll also ask questions to help us determine whether we're the right fit for your situation. Sometimes we aren’t—and that’s okay!
Step 2: Reviewing the property.
At this stage, we start evaluating the property in several ways: current “as-is” value, potential after-repair value, current condition, and any unique characteristics.
We prefer to visit in person and have you walk us through the property. This gives you a chance to meet us face-to-face and helps us get a full picture of what we’re working with—so we don’t miss out on value that could end up in your pocket.
That said, the process can be done virtually, as long as we’re able to view the property at least once before closing. We understand you may not have the time—or the desire—to show it yourself.
Step 3: Offer stage.
By this point, we’ve gathered enough information and spoken with you enough to understand your situation. At this stage, we’ll present you with a fair offer.
We will always respect your ownership. Your home is your asset, and we treat it—and you—with the respect you deserve.
We use a local title company to ensure a smooth, professional closing process you can trust.
You can leave behind any items you don’t want. We’ll take care of it—no need to stress about cleaning everything out.
We work around your timeline. Whether you need to move fast or need more time, we’ll do our best to close on your desired date.
You’re encouraged to ask questions—anytime. Open communication is important to us, and we’re happy to walk you through any part of the process.

Our company was built from the ground up—literally. Our owner, Chris, grew up in the tree industry and began his career as a climbing arborist. Over time, he built strong relationships with local real estate investors by consistently showing up and doing the work. One of those relationships opened the door to a new opportunity: real estate acquisitions.
In that role, Chris met directly with property owners to understand their needs and negotiate fair, straightforward offers. It was here that he learned the ins and outs of real estate beyond the traditional path—and saw firsthand how much opportunity there was to do things differently, and better.
Today, Chris and his team are on a mission to serve our communities in a way that most local investors don’t. We aim to make strong, honest offers, complete high-quality rehabs that add value to neighborhoods, and run a business that people genuinely like and trust.
